Palm Lake is growing — and so are the opportunities for families looking for more space, flexibility, and long-term value. In Phase II of the Palm Lake subdivision, B&B Homes is introducing a brand-new collection of two-story floorplans, designed to meet the needs of modern families who want room to grow without sacrificing style or location.

Construction for these new homes is scheduled to begin soon, which means now is the ideal time for interested buyers to start the conversation. Early interest gives families the best chance to explore layout options, understand timelines, and stay ahead of availability as Phase II takes shape.

These upcoming two-story homes were thoughtfully designed with everyday living in mind — from open-concept layouts to smart bedroom configurations and flexible spaces that adapt to changing needs. Whether it’s hosting family gatherings, working from home, or simply enjoying more separation between living and sleeping areas, these floorplans offer versatility that today’s buyers are looking for.

A Jack & Jill bathroom connects secondary bedrooms upstairs, making it an ideal option for growing families who value both space and convenience.

The Birch

At just under 2,000 square feet, the Birch blends functionality with comfort. Highlights include his-and-hers closets in the primary suite and a dedicated flex room that can easily become a home office, playroom, or creative space.
